If you would like to request a refund for your purchase of Lemon, you will need to submit a refund request in the “My Purchase” page on DLive website within 14 days of purchase. We guarantee the refund if you have not used any of the Lemon purchased in this transaction. Your purchased Lemon will be deducted from your account at the moment you submit the request.
