If you would like to request a refund for your purchase of Diamond, you will need to submit a refund request to us within 14 days of purchase via our tickets system. Decisions whether to refund a purchase are solely within DLive’s discretion.

If Diamonds are purchased and used, this action cannot be reversed / refunded except for technical issues, suspected fraudulent activity with a particular purchase, or where otherwise mandated by law.
