Free One Month Channel Subscription Offer

The “Channel Subscription Offer Terms and Conditions”

DLIVE is thrilled to have you in our community and to enhance your experience with us, we would like to offer you a one month free channel subscription (the “Offer”).

This Offer is only available to users who have never subscribed to any channel and each DLive account is limited to one time only. The free subscription is to any channel and only app users are eligible.

This Offer is valid for a limited time only and we reserve the right to terminate this Offer at any time.

Please note that upon subscription, the default setting is for auto renewal. Monthly renewal will automatically renew on the same date of the following month after subscribing to a channel and for every subsequent months until you decide to cancel your channel subscription. Auto-renewal uses Apple and Google’s functionality, deducting monthly renewal subscription prices that vary for users in different regions.

If you do not wish to continue with the channel subscription after the monthly subscription, you may cancel your channel subscription at any time. Users who subscribe through the DLive APP can cancel their subscription through the DLive APP. Open the app, go to “Profile”, and then click “Subscription”. Under the “My Subscriptions” tab, locate the subscription you would like to cancel and click on the vertical ellipsis. Then Click “Cancel Auto Renew” to cancel the channel subscription. Users who subscribe through the DLive web page can open the homepage, click your avatar on the top right corner, and then click “Subscriptions”. Under “My Subscriptions” page, you will find the channels you subscribed to and you can click on the vertical ellipses to cancel the subscription to the channel.
